Warranty Policy
Sensa Something Inc. (“SensOn”) provides a one-year limited warranty on all rechargeable and battery-powered products purchased directly from senson.ai or from an authorized reseller.
Warranty Coverage
If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues (excluding damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications) within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement.
