The device and app are intended for personal, private use by adults (18+) only.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of the product.
All content provided in the app (including voices, characters, and stories) is for personal entertainment purposes.
Intellectual property rights of all SensOn content remain with the company and cannot be copied, distributed, or resold.
SensOn is not liable for misuse of the product or for damages arising from use beyond the intended purpose.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of the SensOn app, device, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service means you agree to the updated terms.
