Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@senson.ai. If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Additional information may be required to process your request.

* Returns or refunds are not accepted, whether the product is sealed or unsealed, unless the item is defective.
